Toblerone Cheesecake

I love that this is an impressive dessert you don’t have to bake! I make mine in my beloved Thermomix, but this recipe is adapted from a Nigella one and is just as good – and easy. The hardest part is not eating it before it has time to set.


  • 1 cup chocolate biscuits, crushed
  • 80g melted butter
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  •  500g block of Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream
  • 200g block of Toblerone (any flavour) plus one more for topping


  1. Combine biscuits with butter & almonds. Press into base of a lined spring form pan. Chill in the fridge while you make the mix
  2. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth
  3. Melt the Toblerone in a seperate bowl. Add melted chocolate to cream cheese mix & combine
  4. Pour mix on top of your biscuit base
  5. Grate another 200g Toblerone and sprinkle over top of the cake
  6. Refrigerate for minimum 3 hrs, or overnight is best.
